First medical abortion pill side effects

Hi I'm probably overreacting but I'm on my own rn so would like some advice on whether what I've just experienced is normal or not?

I'm 8+5 weeks pregnant and undergoing a medical abortion. I took the first pill about 4 and a half hours ago, all has been relatively fine apart from feeling a bit dizzy.

About ten minutes ago, I got this wave of intense lower back pain, like, so bad I went lightheaded. I managed to take some ibuprofen and crawl into bed. It's now gone and I feel basically fine again. No blood or anything. Is this a normal side effect to the first pill? When I was first pregnant (like 4-6 weeks) I had back pain in the same region, so maybe it's just where my body is feeling the pregnancy? I've not had a scan but the midwife said it's likely not ectopic because my fallopian tube would have likely burst weeks ago and I wouldn't have got this far.
