MAP - where is AF?!?

Hi everyone, NC for this.

We had our first baby last year and my periods had finally started getting back into a routine. LMP was 8-14th July (one before was 5-11th June).

DTD with DH on 16th July and my tracking app said that I was in my fertile week which freaked DH - another baby wouldn't have been the end of the world but we didn't want another so close together. I wasn't convinced the app was right (normal fertile week is 6-7 days after end of period and this was showing 2 days) but we agreed I'd take MAP. Earliest I could get it was 20th July but this was still within the 5 day window advised by EllaOne.

Period was due on 4th August. I'd had a couple of evaps on early ClearBlue but since then stark white BFNs on several CB and First Response. I'm still not on and I'm currently 30 days late 🥴

Has anyone had this before? Do I need to go docs or just wait it out? Thanks so much 😊

Hey ,

I hope you’re ok. My period took 12 weeks to return after taking the MAP. I would say try to chill out if you can , the more you stress the more delayed they can become. Xx

Hi,
I took morning after pill 2 months ago and only very light bleeding since for periods not enough to cover a pad like normal period.
I've took pregnancy tests and negative so can't be pregnant but also on mini pill now which can also effect periods.
It seems the ella one messes with your cycles I dont think I'd take it again with how it's messed with my body 😩

@1990cgee 12 weeks!!!! 😱😱 Thanks so much for letting me know - when I'd googled it I could only find people who'd been a couple of weeks late max and that EllaOne had recommended going to the doctors if there was no AF which I would've felt silly doing. Can't wait to show DH your message and tell him he's not allowed to cause me any stress for the foreseeable 😇 xx

@Justanotherday2023 oh you poor thing 😞 it's such a rollercoaster isn't it. I won't be taking it again either. Hope your cycles are back to normal soon 🙏🏻 x
