I had a medical abortion at home yesterday and passed around 3 clots - I looked at all of them and took photos (tmi I know!). I was bleeding quite heavily but today I’m just not bleeding very much at all. Is this common? I feel quite weak, my stomach isn’t cramping anymore but it does sort of weirdly ache. Almost like i’ve pulled a muscle. Should I be concerned i’m not bleeding very much?
