Hi all. Just wondered if anyone has had a medical abortion and experienced these side effects over 24 Hr later?
I took the last 2 pills yesterday at about 1pm - I felt fine up until the night when I began to get chills and a fever. This continued until the morning and basically all day today. I called BPAS who said to wait a couple more hours and if the fever continues to call 111 - when I called them they referred me to a chemist who basically palmed me off and told me to call back tomorrow if I’m still bad.
I basically feel generally unwell, had a temp of 38.2 earlier, fatigued, diarrhoea and haven’t eaten much today. I was around 4-5 weeks pregnant fyi, BPAS seem to think the abortion has worked as I had very heavy bleeding yesterday and lighter bleeding today.
im panicking myself thinking I’ve got an infection even though the chemist said it’s rare for an infection to form this quickly? Has anyone had the same?
