Nausea returned after medical abortion

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

I had severe nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. I had an abortion at just before 9 weeks into my pregnancy on 22nd June (so nearly 2 weeks ago).

I bled heavily and passed several large clots. I didn't see them as they went into the toilet and were hidden by how much blood there was. I'm still bleeding now, but light and brown.

My nausea and vomiting lasted for a week after the abortion but eased slightly each day until it stopped completely on Sunday.

Last night I started to feel queasy and I woke in the night feeling really sick. This morning I woke up retching and my nausea is quite strong. I haven't been sick but feel terrible - exactly how I felt in the first few weeks of pregnancy.

I have not had sex for about 6 weeks and no longer have any other pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts etc).

It is too early for me to do a repeat pregnancy test as I was advised my MSI that I had to wait for 3 weeks.

Did you ever get nausea around your ovulation time? Possibly could be ovulation and having a stronger reaction to it? I get really very nauseous to the point of retching when I’m ovulation for around 3 days so was just my first thought.
