I have had an surgical abortion last year (6+weeks) April since it was an unplanned pregnancy(even after using condom which leaked and taking plan b within 48hours) and me and my husband both were moving abroad for job opportunities
This year recently I started feeling pregnant last week,and going to the doctor she confirmed it's a 5weeks gestation.
We have recently had a mishap where the condom slipped off without us realizing but since it was around ovulation I took ellaone within 2hours of conception.
Currently,me and my husband are living in two different continent and I have very less support at home to carry out the pregnancy.As per the doctor i consulted,she suggested uripristal works differently than progrestrone and can't be guaranteed if there is a risk in the pregnancy.I am unsure on two things
1)whether the baby may have birth defect or a risk of interrupted pregnancy later
2) If I opt for surgical abortion to be 100% sure,will that leave any impact in my future fertility or pregnancy(we are intending to try and plan next year)
Any one here had successful pregnancy post ellaone or repeat surgical abortions but ended up in successful pregnancy later?
I am extremely confused and pretty much at wits end.
