Abortion, only light bleeding after 24 hours

I administered my medical abortion yesterday at 7 weeks pregnant, taking my second set of pills that enduce the bleeding around 9:10pm. The first set of 4 pills I took was excruciating, with terrible cramping to the point I was scared to take the second two but after they had been put in my cheek I had dull cramping and then went to the toilet, where without being too NSFW or upsetting to users, I feel I definitely passed the fetus. After that the cramping subsided throughout the night and I was soaking sanitary pads like a normal heavy flow period, however throughout today I have began bleeding less and less to the point where I have only a small amount of blood on my third or fourth (unsure now) pad and am concerned that this isn’t enough blood that should be passing given it has been just over 24 hours since I passed. Some things to note is for the majority of the day I have been laying in my bed as I haven’t been feeling to well as I still have occasional cramping, and am just abit down from the overall experience, so laying horizontally all day could be why blood isn’t seemingly coming out but still I would of thought a lot more than usual. Any suggestions or advice on if this is normal or what I should do? I’m 21 and living and home and my mum has helped me significantly through this and was going to see if by tomorrow morning I’m still not bleeding alot I should tell her so we could ring the abortion helpline, however would love to hear if this is something others have gone through and maybe more is to come later? All I know is you should be bleeding for 2-3 weeks after the abortion, but I do know that I have most definitely passed. Sorry for the long entry, just trying to get as much information as possible as am slightly worried

I had this, I had a ma nearly 2 weeks ago.. no pain at all was done after an hour and a half of taking the first 4 tablets.. and bleeding was near enough nothing after passing the pregnancy.
I think everybody's different some bleed heavy for a while and some don't... I definitely didn't anyway. I had to ring msi about certain concerns and they didn't seem concerned at all about the very light bleeding. It's still here now most days hardly anything just some here and there and then sometimes (not very often) will be a tiny bit heavier again. The night I passed the preganancy I expected to flood when I was asleep and there was hardly nothing. I've been told as along as after a few days your not getting no pregnancy symptoms also heavy bleeding and bad cramping then it looks like it worked. I hardly had any clots in the process basically just one big one I didn't check but I assume that was the pregnancy as everything slowed after that. Oh and I was also 7 weeks 1 day too. Keep an eye on it... but it is also very normal x

Okay thank you! That’s really a relief to hear as I wouldn’t say I was/am ‘scant’ bleeding just like coming off a period with light bleeding. Thank you for replying so quickly I really appreciate it :)

Hello I need to know if it was a success because I did mine last night, lots of bleeding and this evening it is stopping, was yours later confirm to be successful?

Yes it was, just took a while to go back to normal weeks and weeks of bleeding off and on but all clear

I did mine on Friday and only had a bleeding for a few hours with clots of course but not too much… after 2 days l still have nausea and I’m vomiting, could l still be pregnant?

I had my misoprostol on Wednesday(yesterday )and experienced cramps that wasn’t that intense, nausea diarrhea and chills. 6 hours after my 3rd dose, I had slight bleeding and since then not had any more bleeding or any clots or heavy bleeding till today. I still have on and off cramps though.

Does this mean that I haven’t passed all the tissue and may need to administer more pills?need your advice
