Hi everyone, this is my first post and I think I'm looking for reassurance and advice. I am 4weeks and 3 days pregnant I found out the day before my missed period last week, there is no way I can have the baby. I was in a rush to take the pills. I took the first pill at 4pm yesterday then inserted the others vaginally at 6pm then took the further two pills at 9pm last night. Since then I've only had very light cramps which have now completely stopped and passed a very small amount of blood once which had some dissolved tablet in it but no other bleeding at all since. It's now been 24hours and I have absolutely no signs of passing the pregnancy. The reason that I choose to take the tablets together is because I had arranged for my sister to come and sit with my kids and me last night and I have not got the luxury of any help for the next week so I rushed it. I didn't need her help yesterday because nothing happened at all. I'm at work and uni all week and have two children and I'm a single parent so I was really anxious to get it over and done with. I've called the helpline and they have told me to just wait and see what happens. I desperately wanted this to go smoothly. Is if there is anyway I can help things along? The not knowing is killing me. Do you think because I took the tablets together it would take longer to take effect? I'm not looking forward to having to sneak out of work to make further appointments and do this all over again next weekend. Did anyone else have similar experience where it has worked straight away?
