TW-GRAPHIC Taken Plan B pill and passed something odd

I took the Plan B about a week ago and started bleeding last night. All was relatively normal. I have heavy crampy periods but today I passed something odd. Being real I looked closer and you could open it like a little bag? Was I pregnant or is that tissue? I am a little freaked out and it was my first time using plan B and I can say with all confidence I wont be doing that again.

Could it be a decidual cast? I only know about them from Mumsnet.

If i’m being honest the last couple of months Ive had a low mood like I do when Im on my period. It’s just scared me a tonne. It could be nothing but ive called 111

It does look a little like a pregnancy. Can you do a test asap as you'll still get a positive now if it was. Or it could be a decimal cast.

I called 111 and they said probable early misscarrage and to do a pregnancy test. Deliveroo drivers not turned up and shops shut shortly so I wont know just yet
