Hi everyone - looking for some advice/what would you do in this situation.. feeling very silly atm and just looking to get some opinions xx
I had unprotected sex on day 4 of my cycle (the day after my period ended) - he didn't come inside me, but I'm wondering whether to take the MAP just to be on the safe side.. or am I being totally over the top? I don't want to take anything unnecessarily - I feel incredibly stupid for having unprotected sex, but at the time thought that with where I was in my cycle and if there was no ejaculation that I'd be fine - but have since been freaking out a little - this was on Sunday so would still have time to take it - perhaps just to ease my mind so I'm not waiting freaking out until my period arrives in another 3 weeks - my cycle is super regular and I've used contraception tracking apps before and the days right after my period were always green days, but I've since stopped taking temps so can't say for total certainty - the absolute headache of being a woman sometimes is crippling!! - thank you for reading xx
