Misoprostol tablet can’t get it in high

I just inserted the second part for my medical abortion but I just can’t get the four tablets high they literally just sitting in the entrance I tried pushing them up but I actually can’t push them up. So now I’m stressing will they work if just in the entrance of my vagina? I’m now laying down and I can feel they all in there still and not fallen out. I will take the last two in my mouth wished I did that for the four tablets. Sorry for such a stupid question but my head is all over the place and doesn’t help my hands won’t stop shaking!

I had the same, they are slippery with the lubricant provided and I wish I hadn't bothered using that, but mine was successful still so don't worry too much!
