Medical Abortion Underway - is this normal??

Really hope someone sees this and responds as I’m freaking out a little.

I’m exactly 6 weeks pregnant today.

I received my pills in the post yesterday.

Took the first tablet with water - no side effects.

Then today (about 26 h later) inserted vaginally the 4 misoprostol pills. Started bleeding within an hour. It’s now been 3.5 hours and I have just popped the remaining 2 pills in my gums to dissolve as we speak.
I am bleeding, bright red blood, I’d compare it to a medium flow on my period but I don’t have any pain or cramps yet, and no clots yet. I’m starting to panic why that is and if this is working?? I took 1 paracetamol tablet just before inserting the first lot and haven’t taken any other pain medication after…
Has this happened to anyone else???

update: still no pain or cramping but just went for a wee and felt and heard something fall out and make a “plop”. Had a peak but of course couldn’t see anything as it was on the bottom of the toilet bowl with the red wee/water. It was dark in color though and the size of one of those giant olives.
also my flow is now medium to heavy.
i kept the last 2 pills in my mouth for 45 min as they weren’t dissolving as fast as I imagined and then swallowed the remnants with water.
