Surgical abortion - vacuum aspiration

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for experiences really of the surgical vacuum abortion under sedation with local anaesthetic please.

I'm considering the vacuum instead of the pills now BUT I'm petrified of the local anaesthetic injection into the cervix as I've heard it's painful. Can I have people's honest experiences of this whilst under sedation (not general anaesthetic). This is through BPAS.

I will be 6 weeks.
