Medical Abortion Infection, No GP

Hi All, Looking for advice for anyone with experience (long). Sorry if I offend, please do not judge my choices.

I had a medical termination around 2 weeks ago, 13 weeks with twin pregnancy. Still bleeding and having a bit of pain in stomach mostly right side for shooting pain but generally uncomfortable across stomach and back. I have had the flu since before my termination and I still have it. Last 2 days I have started to feel uncomfortable vaginally, a bit stingy slightly itchy but no discharge that I can see. I fear I may have infection but I don't want to go to my GP. Although NHS termination, GP is unaware of procedure and they are awful to deal with. Where else can I go? Or can I just say I think I have a urine infection? I'm based in Scotland. I hope to conceive in the future so I'm really worried.
Thanks

This is too dangerous to wait until Monday and a GP anyway, so contact 111 now and an out of hours Dr will be able prescribe antibiotics.
I hope you recover soon.
