When to bath after surgical abortion

I had a surgical abortion and the clinic said I could have a bath after 24 hours but been reading some things online which said wait 2 weeks so I'm just asking when did use bath after a surgical abortion?

I think they say 24 hours just in case you're still feeling drowsy.

There's so much conflicting advice online. I'd just ring the clinic and ask them again x
