Scan at BPAS

Morning all, I have a scan booked in at bpas on Monday but I’m starting to worry and second guess if I should go. My periods have been so irregular that it’s impossible to figure out how far along I am without a scan and I already had a medical termination last year so I know what will happen after taking the pills. But what if they find out I’m further along and too far for the medical termination? Will they tell me/show me if I ask to see or do they keep it all very discreet? I really don’t know what to expect while I’m there and I still don’t really know what to do I am not still 100% sure of my decision. I suppose I can’t do anything until Monday but I wonder has anyone ever had a scan done at Bpas and what was it like?
thanks for any replies

I had a scan at bpas last Wednesday, slightly different to you my periods are regular so I had an idea of how far I was, they were lovely and she asked me if 1. I wanted to see the scan and 2. If I wanted to know if it was a twin pregnancy.
I was beyond nervous and really upset as to not being sent pills by post and having to go for a scan first, but the nurse made everything okay for me, I think they will have to tell you how far you are as to what treatment you’re able to have but maybe you could say aslong as you’re eligible for a medical abortion you don’t want to know how far you are? Also remember just because you have the scan there doesn’t mean you have to go through with an abortion they don’t give you the pills there and then
will be thinking of you x
