misoprostol tablet but not sure they high enough?

Just inserted the four tablets but really not sure they high enough as really couldn’t push them in at all. Don’t think they fallen out but really wish I just put them in between my gums now.
Does it matter if they not high and sitting low? Sorry for stupid question just want to get back to my normal self.

They should be fine. I lied down and rested and then let it take its course. Have you taken any pain relief? Hope you're okay x

@heartbroken22 thank you for replying. Got cramps so think all ok now just the stress of it all. Took some codeine 20min before I inserted them plus just got hot water bottle to ease the pain.
