6 weeks abortion - is this it?

Good Morning, I feel so relieved to have found a non judgmental space where I can reach out and ask for advice and read others experiences. Posts and comments on here got me through the last two days, I think it would have been a lot harder without it. So thank you.

I took the second step yesterday, 4 tabs inserted at 8am and 2 under my tongue at 11am. I felt pretty rough so didn’t manage to walk around I just had to stay in bed. Over the course of the afternoon I lost a fair few big clots (maybe 6 or 7?) and I think a fair bit of blood in the toilet I didn’t really look but nothing much on pad. I slept overnight and not much on pad this morning and lighter than my normal period in the toilet (I have hideously heavy periods). Pain wise, I took cocodamol and nurofen and still felt discomfort and cramps which eased off in the evening and I just had 1 nurofen overnight to get me through.

At around 5pm when my children got home from school I felt so much better, as if a veil had lifted.
Is this it? Or has it not worked? Or is there more to come?

I was 6 weeks with my abortion. Did you look at what you passed? I checked each time I went onto the toilet so I knew when it had gone. It was noticeably different to other clots.

I thought I did but then I can’t be sure because it disappeared to the bottom literally when I blinked. I’ve had a MC before at this stage and know what I’m looking for. More bleeding and clots today though 😭

What does it look like? I was just hoping to see blood clots

I'm having a medical termination next week at 6+4
