Pregnant with twins got abortion

Hello I’m writing this as I’m worried…just I got a medical abortion on the 4th of October for twins..I’m sure the procedure worked but done a pregnancy test today 26th and still saying positive??b

It can be positive for around 4-6 weeks. Have you contacted the clinic?
