Bleeding and pain stops and starts

Hello,
I had my medical abortion 3 days ago and it went surprisingly okay. It felt like regular period cramps and I think it all came out in just one, huge clot. The two days after my abortion, I didn't bleed much at all. I only really had blood when I wiped and had no more cramps. Today the cramps have come back and I have started bleeding heavy again (same amount as during the abortion but without the huge clot).

Is this normal?

I have just come on to say the same so I’m hoping it’s normal. I did pass clots when I did my medical ab on Friday, but it’s really ramped up over night. I’m not in pain but the bleeding is really heavy and lots of clots. I’m might call the helpline and ask if it persists as I’m flooding everytime I stand this morning.

Will do, I’m just at work but will be home by lunch and will call them. It’s not easing up so will def call them.
