Post Abortion

Hi everyone.
I had a Medical Abortion on Thursday, it was quite painful for me but I got through it. I started the process at 10.30am & it went on until around 8pm at night.
Anyway Friday morning I woke up and did feel a lot better, obviously still bleeding and a few twinges same with Saturday.
Today (Sunday) Iv had quite bad cramps again 😣 bleeding is quite heavy with small black clots in but not heavy heavy to the point I have to ring anyone like the guidance says.

Also side note, I'm so constipated!!

Does my story sound normal to anyone, I'm starting to worry somethings gone wrong. Should. Still be getting cramps 3 days later? Should the bleeding still be quite heavy ish with clots? Should I be constipated?
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

i know you posted this a few days ago so you’re probably over the worst by now! But just in case someone else reads this thread in the same situation I thought I’d still reply. I had the same as you, bleeding heavily for a day then I started to feel better but 3 days after my bleeding was very heavy again and I started to get stressed but the next day it eased again. I read somewhere that day 3 after the second tablets you’re hormones take a huge slump which can make the bleeding heavier so I think this is normal. Hope you are well now OP :)
