Abortion while breastfeeding

I'm getting medical abortion pills sent out on Monday. I'm really early on, I think 4+2 today. The reason I realised I was pregnant was cos my son (12m) went off the boob last week. This was the first symptom I had when I was pregnant with him and his sister went off the boob. He seems to be back on it fine, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience of going through it and continuing to breastfeed. I'd be gutted if this ended it for some reason but would rather be prepared.

Not judging but did you believe you couldn't get pregnant whilst bf?

Nope. I knew it could happen. Just poor timing and withdrawal clearly not working. Has worked a charm for 5 years, guess it was time it caught up to me really. Will get the implant once this is over and done with. Wanted to give my body a chance to have no hormones for a bit.

Hi I had a medical termination at about 5/6 weeks whilst breastfeeding my 17mo. Everything was fine. My little one had also gone off the boob but was back to normal within a few days :)
