Can't get through to BPAS

I have been on hold to BPAS for over an hour today, I filled in their online form 2 days ago and haven't heard anything. No one will answer and I really don't know what I'm supposed to do from here? Does anyone know?

Go to Nupas. Marie Stopes and BPAS were going to take two weeks longer for me. I got in with Nupas within a couple of days.
