No response from BPAS appointment request form

Hello all, just wondering if anyone had any advice or personal experience on waiting times hearing back from BPAS?

I filled in the online form 4 days ago now and they're meant to get back in touch within 48 hours? They're also impossible to get through to on the phone... is this just a waiting game?

I contacted MSI as well and had a reply within 24 hours unfortunately saying they dont hold the contract to offer treatment in my area, but if there's a long wait elsewhere to get in touch with them for an appointment. Should I just do this?

Just panicking a bit as obviously it's a bit of a time sensitive thing! Any advice is massively appreciated 🙂

No I never heard back. I called them and got an appt. that way and they said they had no record of my online request. I'd definitely call.

I had the same experience last week. Did form on the Tuesday, rang them Thursday they hadn't received it.

Made an appointment on the phone, got one for Monday, pills were delivered the next day.

Give them a ring OP.

Thank you both, just got through after been on hold for almost an hour! Been told I need to have a scan first but managed to get one tomorrow!
