I had a medical abortion a couple of weeks ago (bleeding started on the Friday). bleeding stopped after a week so took the test at 2 weeks (MSI choices say leave it 3 but bleeding stopped & I was only just over 5 weeks so figured it would be ok). The dye ran & the control line only had colour on half of it but I could still see a faint line on the test side.
Bleeding randomly started again a couple of days ago but stopped now, took another test about an hour ago (regular pregnancy test) and it was very clearly positive, no squinting, blindingly obvious.
This is 15 days post abortion, I'm going to test again on Friday when it'll be 3 weeks & then call MSI choices if need be but just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? How long until your test was negative & how long did the bleeding last?
The bleeding initially stopped entirely for a a good 5-7 days, nothing at all, then restarted a couple of days ago.
Any experiences would be gratefully heard
