HCG still 200 5 week post abortion

Bleeding heavily
Pregnancy test still positive
Hospital said they will scan me “some time next week”
I’m so sick of this bleeding, it hasn’t stopped for 5 weeks. I’ve ruined so many trousers and flooded my car seat today.

Surely the hospital could do more than “we’ll scan you next week?”

That's worrying. To be bleeding that much to the point of saturation, 5 weeks later would suggest an incomplete abortion. At most you bleed for 2-3weeks. How many weeks were you at the time of the procedure? I'd probably like go to a&e or ring my GP.

I’ve been to A&E. They sent me to gynae. They did the blood test and said I would be scanned next week and then sent me home.
