Baby daddy screwed up december 16th. Implantation bled mistook it for period on december 23rd or so. Pregnancy calculator says im 9 weeks (and my abortion pills don’t come in until I’m like 10) but I doubt that’s accurate, how developed is this really if implantation bleeding occured so much later. I don’t care about ovulation and how “far along I am” How developed could this even actually be it’s self specifically. I didn’t wanna waste money on ubering to ultra sound and back.

I am sorry but I don't understand you.
Abortion pills don't come until 10 weeks???
Do you you mean how developed is the baby? Why do you need a scan?

I am literally 9 weeks pregnant according to an online calculator asking when I conceived so I put in the night I know my boyfriend finished in me, however most women do not know at all the specifics of these things so I’m sure that isn’t what the calculator meant. Doing the math, my pills come in 1 week. 1 + 9 = 10, so I will officially be “10” weeks but again, doubting the accuracy of that.

Oh and I obviously never went for a scan was my point 😭 🤦🏼‍♀️ Wasn’t gonna waste money especially already knowing what night this did happen.

Implantation happens around 6-9 days after conception so your timings are right. So yes, you're more than likely 9 weeks pregnant. Medical abortions have an 87% success rate at 10 weeks + so in all likelihood it will work. Have you contacted BPAS or Marie Stopes? They'll be able to support and advise you.

Google 10 week foetus if you want to know "how developed" it would be.
Is there a reason you want to know? Are you doubting your decision or being pressured?
Apologies if not but your choice of words made me think you're trying to sound unbothered but actually have some concerns/doubts.
If you are worried or concerned, the service provider may offer some counselling or a nurse for you to speak with.

Yeah I’m also not sure what you’re asking. The implantation bleed was around a week after the unprotected sex so that’s normal enough. Not sure why you didn’t go for a coil fitting or the MAP if you knew he’d “finished inside you” 😬
But I would have thought having a scan really should be a prerequisite of taking any abortificant. Despite the “cost of an Uber” 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not pressured, I want this gone asap and read that the pill “is only for up to 10 weeks” at the same time I’ve found articles on women using it successfully up to 11. I just need it to seriously work.

9 weeks pregnant is equal to approximately 7 weeks embryonic age ie you actually conceived 7 weeks ago, give or take a few days.

They add 2 weeks to give a gestational age, its usually counted from the first day of your last period & ovulation is usually around 2 weeks later.

If you know you have unprotected sex 7 weeks ago exactly, the embryonic age could be between 6w2d and 7w0d (as sperms can survive up to 5 days). But you'll find the vast majority of resources use the gestational age anyway.

however most women do not know at all the specifics of these things

What do you mean by this, I dont understand.

When did you request the pills? Can you maybe request them quicker?
Are you in the UK?

@Xoxo97 sorry but your post doesn't come across very well at all

Have you had your Consultation?
If there is any uncertainty re your dates - as well as if the last period was normal/ lighter / shorter / heavier - then you will go in for a scan to remove any doubt

Pills by post take 1-3 working days from Consultation , collection is when an available appts comes up , sometimes same day , sometimes not

Baby daddy screwed up ? 🤨
