Medical abortion bleeding

I had my 2 lot of tablets on the 15th December and spent about 4hours on the toilet passed a few clots and had bad cramps .. since then Iv had minimal bleeding .. it’s mainly been brown too .. then tonight I got in the shower and passed a blood clot .. the blood is very red and I’m not flooding a pad it’s more a normal period but I feel when I can pass a blood clot .. and I go to the bathroom .. I have no fever no cramps no pain .. it’s just freaked me out abit this blood has kinda came out of no where .. Iv rang bpas who have said even though I contacted them as it’s liverpool women’s I need to ring them (the phone is just ringing out ) the lady at bpas did say this can be normal and since I’m not in pain or flooding pads to just keep an eye on things as my body may just be clearing what ever is left … I was 6 weeks pregnant when I took the tablets .. just wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience

I had a termination a day before you , and I had the same - on the day of tablets minimal bleeding more brown tinge I didn’t actually start properly bleeding for a good day or so, I was starting to worry it didn’t work until then.
It would always be when I stood up that the clots fell out .
How far along were you ? I believe it can take up to 1-2 to pass it , but majority of women it’s done within a few hrs .
As long as you don’t have pregnancy symptoms still then im sure everything would have passed. X

Sorry just read your post . I was 6 weeks too . At 6 weeks it will literally be like heavy period bleeding with a few small clots . It’s when you get to 7-8 weeks plus is we’re the clots become more significant and you notice the pregnancy when it passes x

Last night I just stayed on the toilet for like an hour and just passed clots .. looked like lots of blood but I think it was just the water mixing .. if that makes sense I didn’t flood pads .. I went back to bed at half 1 and just put a towel down incase .. woke up at half 8 expecting lots of blood but just like a normal period amount on my pad and no clots went the bathroom expecting to bleed heavy or somthing but no clots and just pinkish blood that was fresh but nothing more I would see for a period .. so I don’t know if it was just expelling the rest out .. just scared me being a week after .. I have the test to take in another week (start of jan) and then will see from there .. thanks for your reply x
