Tablets have arrived for termination

So my tablets have arrived today to start my home abortion & although I know it’s what I want to do I’m absolutely terrified to take them I suffer with health anxiety & panic attacks I had a termination a few years ago but that was in the hospital not at home. It’s not possible for me to go to the hospital or clinic as I have no childcare. I’m roughly 6/7 weeks & I literally can not hack the nausea I’ve been having but like I said I’m too scared to take the tablets I’m thinking the absolute worst

What are you thinking when you mean the worst?

It can be good and bad as there’s more positive then negative but with anxiety you tell yourself the worst x

You sure do have you taken it yet?

If you are single/alone can you get another adult to come & stay for a couple of days?

I don't think I could go through with a termination & I definitely couldn't do it with tablets and absolutely not at home with no other adult around.

Try to get someone to come sit with you after you've taken them if you can. It might be painful physically and mentally. Be good to yourself 💐
