Am I being selfish?!

After reading a thread on here and some before today, about 'best' age to have children.... would I be selfish to have a baby at 38?! ( if I can!). Is it selfish of me because il be an older parent?????

In my opinion I don’t think it’s selfish. People talk about being tired in the 30s and 40s but I often think it’s because they have had 2 or 3 kids by then.

Also people say that as an older parent you wouldn’t be around as long for a child. Age is illrelevent when is comes to death!
Please don’t let being 38 put you off.xx

Most of my friends didn't start their families until their mid 30s, I've just had DC2 at 36. 38 isn't old at all imho!
