Medical abortion with pills at 13 weeks

Hello I was wondering if somebody could help me. I’ve seen on here people taking the pills up to 13 weeks due to COVID not allowing for surgical procedures.

Has anybody had these pills at this time before? I was given these pills months ago when I felt very down due to pregnancy hormones but I weathered the storm and my partner was supportive. He suffers with an undiagnosed mental health condition- I don’t know what wether it be bi polar or BPD but he is definitely troubled but for the last year he’s managed keep a lid on things and not be nasty. Out of no where the last month he has been continually emotionally abusive and tells me to leave all the time. I will not bring a child into an emotionally abusive situation as I had a traumatic childhood and I promised I would not put my kids through what I went through.

This is my only option as he would not help me get to and from a clinic and I have not told a single other person about my pregnancy - I work for my family so didn’t want to add stress due to finding maternity cover etc

Please help me- is this a safe option?

It is safe up to 10 weeks. Contact BPAS, Marie Stoppes, or NUPAS & book an appt. The surgical procedure takes 10mins. 🤗

You will need to contact the organisation that provides these pills. They should only be used up to 9 weeks six days pregnant. AFAIK.

Lots of incorrect information here

You can legally do early medical abortion up to 10 weeks , you can take the medication at home up to 9+6 weeks

After 10 weeks you can still have Medical Abortion but not at home , this is called Late Medical Abortion and would be carried out either in hospital or at Bpas Doncaster or an MSI / NUPAS facility
