Still bleeding. Is this normal?

Just looking for some help.
I had a medical termination 4 weeks ago and I am still bleeding. More spotting then heavy some days are lighter. I’m pretty sure I’m currently ovulating as have the egg white which is also bloody. I took the test after 2 weeks which was negative at HCG 1000 and 5 . Has anyone else bled for this long?

You may find it step up soon and become heavier with some clots , different colour
This will be your 1st period and will allow any retained clot or tissue to come away , then it should settle
If it doesn't please call your abortion provider to discuss a check up
