Medical abortion experience - 4 days in

I started the process of my medical abortion on Saturday. Took the first pill at lunchtime and had no side affects at all, 24 hours later placed the 4 tablets inside my vagina. Cramps started pretty quickly after this, they were very very strong for a couple of hours but then died down. I am 5 + 6 and have done lots of reading of other peoples experience. I've been bleeding fairly steadily since Sunday, however I haven't had any of these big clots or seen anything that could obviously be the sac which people mention. It's been a lot of stringy blood and much smaller clots (no bigger than a pea). This mainly comes when I'm on the toilet.

Did anyone else have this experience? I'm slightly worried I haven't actually passed the pregnancy and it's just lining etc coming out?

It hasn't been any where near as bad as I thought it would be though, definitely worried myself unnecessarily!

I would speak to them and explain how you are getting on. I had a mechanical abortion years ago and was pleased to not bleed much till I called the surgery and they said I should be having bleeding and clearly I was retaining the lining rather than ejecting it post abortion. They gave me tablets to ensure all the lining came out as required. Maybe all is going as needed for you but it's worth checking in with the professionals.
