Pregnancy symptoms after Medical abortion

I had a medical abortion yesterday due to Hypermemsis and knowing I couldn’t go through 9montgs of it again. I was only 5weeks 2days and it was already unbearable. I really wish people knew how bad it is and more could be done. After taking the 4 tablets vaginally I bled after around 1 hour fairly heavy and passed around 3 large clots. Today not much blood at all. Not too painful slightly crampy but easily manageable and I only took paracetamol.

The worse of the sickness is now over but still feeling quite naseous, strong sense of smell, food aversions. I had a surgical abortion 15 years ago and when I woke up all symptoms were gone. Does it take longer with a medical. Anyone else still have symptoms after?

It does take around a week although every day you should feel slightly leas hormonal
Be kind to yourself and take some rest when you need it

My symptoms were gone virtually right away. The nausea was gone after my first tablet.

Saying that, my boobs stayed sore for about a week

Thank you for your replies. The sickness has eased massively, boobs still very sore but feeling so much better now.
