Failed medical termination

Hi I'm hoping to find someone who has been in my position and some advice. I had a failed medical termination at 7 weeks pregnant. Took test 3 weeks later to find out I was still pregnant. I'm now around 13 weeks. We had our 12 weeks scan and baby looks like he/she is ok so far. If we decide to risk going further they've put me in for an 18 week scan as more development and abnormalities can then be detected. We are feeling like this is our little miracle and is a fighter. But to bring it into our world with possible disabilities we have caused 😟 is just heartbreaking. A surgical abortion has been suggested many a time since I first found out I was still pregnant. I just feel no one will give us any answers, staff at hospital have not experienced this before and we don't know what to do. Has anyone experienced a failed medical termination and continued and gone full term and delivered a healthy baby?
Please don't judge me.
Thank you 💜

How did you get on with next scans? Was baby OK? Are you OK?

Flora maybe just start your own thread, you’ve resurrected a couple? OPs might not be on here any more and/or might not want to relive. I’m sorry you’re in a similar situation.

Did you bleed and pass clots? I’ve bled but only heavy for 3 hrs now it’s really light and I’m thinking it’s maybe not worked?
