2nd dose of abortion pills

I took my first pill in the hospital yesterday.
I did tell the nurse I was bleeding quite badly but she didnt say anything(she was horrible!)
I have since read on here that if bleeding the pills wont stay inside?
I'm worrying and overthinking.
I do actually think I may have already miscarried but still bleeding and have been for about two weeks

I’m fairly sure you can also dissolve the tablets between teeth and gums (that’s what I did) but check the information with your medication, or ring the hospital. I’m not sure that the pills would fall out with bleeding; you have to sit/lie down for about 40 mins or so after inserting them in any case. There is additional information on the process on both BPAS and Marie Stopes websites too.

I mean pills between your gum and cheek!

I have to take 4 vaginally and the other 2 orally
