Absolutely gutted

I have 3 children already. The youngest born last year. We had no plans for any more children. I had a sickness bug which last a few days. I didn't even consider it would have effected my contraceptive pill. Fast forward to now and I'm bloody 6 weeks pregnant! Having this baby is completely out of the question. I have had an appointment with MS who are sending out the pills. Can anyone tell me what to expect. I know this will have such an effect on my mentally. I'm already riddled with guilt

I know someone who works in this area and they will quite happily spend time talking you through it and answering any questions. I think they can also direct you to dedicated services who will counsel you through the experience.

The medications should also come with details about what will happen and what to expect. If you haven't been properly advised please go back to them, or speak to your gp. It will be ok, I hope you have support IRL, please do reach out to trusted friends and family.

It will be fairly easy at your early stage of pregnancy, honestly.
I'm sorry this has happened, it's very hard for you but will soon be over.
