Hello,
I've somehow got this far in life without ever having thrush, but not sure if I have it now at 29 weeks?! At first I was thinking UTI, dipstick test says no but still waiting for lab results. In the mean time I've been taking antibiotics for it just incase but don't seem to be working :(
The only thing is I don't have the discharge that seems to be common. I just have a constant burning feeling, even when not weeing, and my bladder area feels abit irritated (might be just normal pressure)
Should I get a treatment just incase? Conscious that it's the weekend and probably won't get uti results until Monday now! My midwife wouldn't help with the uti so no point asking about this Blush

Taking antibiotics can cause thrush so if you didn't have it before you might end up with it now!

Thrush often causes itching rather than burning and is more associated with the vaginal area.

Oh yes thank you! I had the burning before I started taking them so maybe it's not thrush, also not itching Blush

You could try some canesten cream to see if it helps. You can but it over the counter in the supermarket
