Can anybody help ?

After weeks of agonising over the decision I took my pill on Thursday . Second set vaginally Friday at 10.30 am . Lots of painful cramps followed
And light bleeding but I know for sure I have not passed what I should . No clots or tissue . I should be 8 -9 weeks , I’ve had miscarriages previous at this stage so I’m prepared but it’s just not happening ? I called Marie stopes but they say give more time ... does this sound right ? It will be 72 hours tomorrow , is there a worry of infection or anything ? I’m finding this limbo very hard mentally and just want it over

Hi I'm currently in the same situation and I'm so so confused I'm adamant I haven't passed the pregnancy. I started my medical abortion Monday of which I would've been 7+3 weeks pregnant then I inserted the 4 vagina tablets and took the 2 oral ones on the Tuesday the following day. I've had light to moderate bleeding with a few tiny clots but my bleeding has gone light and is more like mucus blood. I rang the ward today and was told to run up and down the stairs, do squats and star jumps so I did but nothing has changed. It's so confusing and worrying that nothing has happened I didn't think it would be such a long process. Hope your okay and sending a virtual hug xx
