Not a great way to start 2021

After the pandemic and crap of 2020 I didn’t know life could get worse . It just has

I’ve called the clinic a couple of times to see if anyone has maybe cancelled so I
Can be seen earlier but no joy 😑🥲

Can anyone tell me if Bpas will let me collect the tablets rather than wait on the post ? And how long do you have to wait from taking the first tablet to the second set ?

When I called bpas they gave me a 10 day wait just for the phone consultation, have a look if there is another clinic in your area, I called Marie Stopes, not in my town but still covered the area I lived, they have me a 4 day wait, today just on the on chance I called to see if there were any cancellations and they said I could have an appointment this afternoon if I went into the clinic, so I did, it's worth calling everyday first thing to see if you get an appointment either in clinic or phone, the first time they didn't even mention I could go to clinic..
They scanned me whilst I was there and I'm going back to collect tablets tomorrow as they need a doctor to sign off my paperwork first. I take the first tablet tomorrow and the second lot the following day.
