Early medical abortion has it worked?

I took the second tablet yesterday and had very bad cramps, kind of like the contractions in early labour. This went on from 12 until 10pm.

I've only passed a little amount of blood and only brown spotting in my pad. Cramps have stopped this morning worried it hasn't worked I was about 5 weeks x

Hi @Rose1279 have you phoned the clinic to have a chat with them? It effects everyone so differently so I’m unsure as to what is ‘normal’ it can also take up to 72 hours for the tablets to work, you may end up bleeding a bit later on. Also, being so early may influence the amount of bleeding. The clinic would be the best to advise you. Sending hugs xx
