When did your period come backb

I had an abortion on the 10th August, at 6 weeks. I stopped bleeding after two weeks, but there's been absolutely zero sign of my period returning. How long after a medical abortion did your period return please? I just want all this to be over so I can move on as it's the most gut wrenching decision I've ever made. I'm also stupidly scared I've ruined my fertility, and just need to know everything is as it should be.

Mine took 8 weeks but I was a lot further along, I know how you feel though like you can't really move on until you're back to normal. It will come soon enough I hope!

Thank you for your reply. I'm really really hoping it arrives soon, I will try not to worry until 8 weeks have passed though! I took a test and it was totally negative, so I'll just need to be patient.

How did you get on? I’m 7 weeks post medical abortion and still no sign of period! Worried but doc says it’s normal

Hi apologies I can't remember how long it took to get back to normal but it did turn up eventually (I used the Flo app to regulate it, it took about 3-4 cycles to get back to 28 days) and I'm now pregnant good luck! X

I'm 6 weeks post termination on the 5th May and mine hasn't come back yet. I've had like withdrawal bleed a few weeks ago and symptoms of my period but no period
