Hi, newbie here, really hoping others might have similar experiences to share.
I'm 41 single mum to 3 kids, 2 older, 1 younger. Started seeing a guy about 4 months ago and have just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant!! Clearly this wasn't planned and we weren't using anything as I didn't think I could fall pregnant again as I had a mc 2 years ago so thought this was my body's way of telling me no more babies!! The guy and I get on so well, we had already discussed about one day moving in, making future plans etc (baby wasn't one) although he doesn't have kids but does want one, he did also say if he didn't have a baby if his own this wouldn't me a deal breaker. Anyway, my head is all over the place, I've told 3 friends as I was looking for some advice but now I'm more confused! So I have 3 questions:
- have any of you fallen pregnant early into a relationship and how did it pan out?
- any older mums that can give me some a advice? I'll be 42 when the baby is born
- am I crazy? 😢
