Medical abortion - bleeding

So I took my second lot of pills today. Inserted 4 vaginally at 8:15 am waited 3 hours to insert another two.

In them 3 hours I had no bleeding or cramping at all. Until just before I was about to insert the next two I started bleeding.

So since then I've had a lot of bleeding and cramping, nothing too painful just bad period cramps.

I have had no blood in my pad though? I only bleed when I go to the toilet? Is this normal. Also I haven't seen many clots?
I've read a lot online and people saying they felt the fetus come out and they knew it straight away but I've felt nothing like that and now I'm worried!

I'm exactly 6 weeks today.

I had a very similar experience and worried it hadn't worked. I did start to bleed more after 24 hours. I was the same and read about people who had felt it come out etc. I didnt have that experience at all and had what I thought was very minimal bleeding. It was all okay tho!! I think very early on there isn't really much in terms of the size of the pregnancy etc. If your still worried I'd call your provider and speak to a nurse for peace of mind for peace of mind x

@Password17 I'm feeling ok thank you! Absolutely no cramps today and minimal bleeding! It's so strange, I was expecting a lot more after what I'd read online! So now I'm worried something has maybe gone wrong!

I might give them a call tomorrow and see if it's all normal!
