Were you given aftercare advice

I just wondered whether it was just me, the only thing I got told was about heavy bleeding.

Apparently for 2 weeks you're not meant to:

*Have a bath
*Have sex
*Use tampons

There's likely more, I found all this out by google.

Have any of you needed after care from BPAS / MS? Did you get what you wanted?

I found out on google about the bath !! But I had one two days later and I was ok

The sex and tampon they told me there and then xx
