I miss you so much.

This was you on the 11/4/18 last year. And now I’m drunk and heartbroken and missing you every single day because I was stupid enough to let myselt be pushed into a termination and I don’t know how to cope.

It will pass, you need to forgive yourself, grieve and start to recover. You will never forget and you will come out the other side a slightly different person, but you will come out the other side.
Did you have Councilling at the time? I had some Councilling years after a termination as I was still struggling. It helped me.

OP I am truly sorry but I understand your heartbreak.
I was pushed into a termination, it took my years to recover, I ended up out every night, drinking excessively, then cocaine, lost my job, everything.
My biggest regret now is the 7 years I fucked up, I couldn't change things, the bastard took so much from me, subconsciously I allowed him keep taking.
I was 22.
Now I am 38. My DH is great 2DC.
Yes I still feel sad, it will always be a part of me.
Deal with it properly with counselling, get help to move on Flowers

@for1dayonly doesn’t it just feel like it takes over every day though. I can’t stand feeling this way anymore.

Yes the pain gets worse, before it gets easier. I wish I had of moved on sooner.
Can you make a little memory box, treat your baby as a loss to weak will, she/he was wanted. I needed to except what I done, but also had to except the situation he put me in, lick my wounds, gain strenght not to be manipulated again.
It does get better, time is a healer, concentrate on getting to your best rather than heading for the worst Flowers

Hi OP I'm so sorry you are feeling so sad.

The samaritans are so good if you want to speak to someone about it all. They are great listeners, as if you are talking to a friend.

Do call them as your head seems to be full of pain right now, and talk it out a little bit.
