Still no bleeding?

Hi everyone,

I had a same day medical
Abortion today, I had the 4 tablets inserted at 1pm and ever since I've had awful cramps and back
Pain but still no bleeding, should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry yet. Give your body some time. Has anything started since you posted?

Thanks @DarkestBeforeDawn! Literally 10 minutes after I wrote this I started bleeding, everything hurts from my legs to my back, just feels like an awful awful period. Got my hot water bottle and dosed up on pain killers :-(
