Morning sickness

Im 6-8 weeks and in constantly feeling nauseous but not vomiting? I've got really runny poos too, is this normal?

I am 6+4 and for the last couple of days I have felt so sick all day from waking up to going to sleep but haven't been sick once! I find eating helps as I seem to feel more sick when I haven't ate for a while so small frequent meals or snacks may help!
