No bleeding after surgical abortion

Anyone had no bleeding or cramps after surgical abortion? My uterus is tilted back and I'm so worried as read people's experiences of retained product/tissue and they had tilted uterus.

Has anyone had an abortion with no cramps or much bleeding and all went well?

@busymummy50 sorry you had to go through it, I recently went through it and didn't want to just read and run.

Unfortunately, mine isn't a positive experience. After first surgery I ended up having to stay in over night due to an odd fast heart rate. I had barely any bleeding. Maybe for a few days it was like spotting and not many cramps. They also put in the copper coil at the time.
Three weeks later I was having serious cramps that would come and go. Told it was just the coil. Four weeks later went to the gynae unit and demanded coil be removed. So they did and saw it was hanging out my cervix, they also took a pregnancy test and it was showing positive. I thought phew that must have been causing all those nasty cramps. The doc wasn't concerned and said we will book u a scan for two days time as u still have positive pregnancy test.
Well the next day I ended up calling an ambulance during the night with what felt like contractions. I then started bleeding very heavily. Got the scan when I was taken in, guess what 60% retained products and an incomplete abortion. I was in absolute shock and couldn't understand how they missed this. Apparently they don't use guided ultrasound on everyone.

Moral of the story: go to your gp asap if u feel something isn't right and demand a scan. I am in scotland btw and my particular health board gynae dept has a very bad reputation.

Really hope this hasn't scared you but I'm telling my story honestly. I was that 1 in 1000 unfortunately.

I had my surgical termination last Saturday..

I've had a week of bleeding but only two of those days I bleeding into the pad.. the rest of the days it was just when I wiped but had a pad on coz I didn't know if I'd have a gush or lose clots.. eventually on the 5th day (Thursday) I god pad rash so decided to risk it n go pad less since Friday.. still blood on wiping.. it's now brown n gloopy n not much of it..
I think I'm done with the bleeding now..

I had a surgical termination on Friday. I only had bleeding on Friday at the clinic. Just abit. Nothing since apart from abit of discharge.
At around 3am this morning I started with bad cramps. I've still got them now. Paracetamol and hot water bottle doing nothing.
Don't know whether to ring after care line or just ride it out in case it's normal.
