I had a medical termination last Friday (something that I now deeply regret and wish I hadn't have rushed in to)

I just wanted to know when other people got their periods back after having a medical termination as I am quite anxious about this? I'm worried they won't come back.
I just want to know when I can expect my body to return back to normal. I'm also worried this will affect my future fertility and I am now more at risk of miscarriages. I've had no infection and the bleeding is nowhere near as heavy as it was, so I guess that's a good sign I'm recovering well?

Hi @Topaz89 I'm sorry to hear you feel regret over your termination. I had an implant fitted at the same time as mine which has made me bleed no end so I'm afraid I can't advise on the natural return of periods but I think what you have described sounds like there is no sign of future complications x

Hi roast, it was a decision that was made without enough thought. I had my reasons which seemed like completely valid reasons at the time but now they seem so insignificant compared to how this has made me feel. I was always one of ones who would say "I could never have an abortion", and yet here I am. Went against my own beliefs and face a lifetime of regret.

I hope you're ok I know you're going through a tough time yourself.
